Play-Doh Fun

What to do on a Saturday morning...? Get out the play-doh of course!!

Once again, Sam is a little young to make shapes out of play-doh, but he is making the best of the situation (don't worry, it's empty).

(I think Carrie is having a little too much fun making play-doh penguins.)

Valentine's Day

When we got up on Valentine's Day morning,
we found little boxes of candy hearts for us from Dad.

Sam is too young for candy hearts...
But he is sure enjoying this Valentine from Grandma and Grandpa!! :)

In the afternoon we had some friends over.

While they were here we shared some songs and poems
with the theme of God's Love.

It was such a beautiful day that we all went outsdie.
The younger children went down to our beach and released
a bunch of red and pink and white balloons.

"Want a ride, baby?"

John is such a good brother... His "motorcycle" is probably his most treasured toy. Yesterday I found him giving rides to Sam around the kitchen and living room.

Nursing Home Visit

This afternoon, my family and some friends of ours went to the local nursing home here in town for our monthly visit. We played some music, sang and then visited with the people there.
