Mom and the baby...

My Grandma who visited us for Christmas taught me how
to make Ribbon Salad (a three layer jello dish) for our
Christmas Dinner. It was delicious!

Sorry this has taken so long to blog our Christmas pictures!! I just now loaded them onto the computer. We had a great Christmas!

snow....Snow....SNOW

We have been getting TONS of snow this winter! It is not good packing snow, but fine for sledding. We found a fairly good hill near our house and have been going nearly every day. We have also been doing lots of shoveling to keep our driveway clear! It has snowed about 2 or 3 feet this last week, very unusual for Ketchikan.

The Christmas Play

the boys...
Paul played the part of Jonathan - a brainy kid,
John played the part of Julian - a humorous character

the girls...
Emma played the part of Sapphire - a lonesome girl who
makes good friends during the play

The younger kids in our church put on a Christmas play called, A Grandma for Christmas. They all did very well and only had 4 practices before the performance on December 21st! Emma and Paul had lead roles and even John had a few lines! The photos I took during the play didn't turn out, but here are some pictures of the kids just after the performance.
