Carrie's Photos...

setting off fireworks in the yard...

a beautiful sunset near our house

We have a had a great week of school and are now enjoying the weekend. Carrie has been taking TONS of pictures with the new Canon DSLR camera she recieved for Christmas. The pictures above are just a few of the 831 pictures she's taken in the last few weeks!! While Carrie has been taking pictures, the rest of us have been busy with school and music. We have all started up piano lessons again and Joanna began guitar and has been teaching herself through DVDs and books. Paul and Dad have been busy working on building a model airplane and for the last couple of days we have been hearing stray comments such as "Don't step on ___" and "Someone get the baby away from the pieces" and "Oh no, I just glued my fingers together". They are doing a nice job, though! We have all been well and are doing great!

My Grandma who visited us for Christmas taught me how
to make Ribbon Salad (a three layer jello dish) for our
Christmas Dinner. It was delicious!

Sorry this has taken so long to blog our Christmas pictures!! I just now loaded them onto the computer. We had a great Christmas!

snow....Snow....SNOW

We have been getting TONS of snow this winter! It is not good packing snow, but fine for sledding. We found a fairly good hill near our house and have been going nearly every day. We have also been doing lots of shoveling to keep our driveway clear! It has snowed about 2 or 3 feet this last week, very unusual for Ketchikan.
